Associate Attorney in Oklahoma focusing on creditors’ rights with remote work options. Responsibilities include full litigation duties from review of files and discovery through dispositive motions, trial, and hearings, as well as post-judgment remedies like attachment and garnishment. Requires knowledge of state and federal consumer laws and the ability to manage a high-volume civil docket in debt-collection across all litigation phases. Remote work environment; 8-hour days, Monday–Friday; salary $75k–$80k; benefits include health, retirement, and time off. Must hold a law degree and be admitted to the Oklahoma Bar; preferred 2–4 years of general litigation experience and creditor’s rights experience; appellate and/or Federal Court experience desired.
