Job Summary
Associate Attorney in General Liability defense in Glendale, CA. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records to advocate for clients; drafting motions and attending hearings; preparing clients for and taking depositions; handling discovery and drafting related motions; regularly appearing in court; taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses; and drafting various reports and motions including summary judgments. Requires California admission, 3-5 years of experience, strong research and written/oral communication skills, and a commitment to defending clients in general liability matters.
Required Qualifications
