Job Summary
Associate Attorney with 1-7 years of experience in General Liability and Auto/Medical Malpractice matters, licensed in Arizona. Responsibilities include medical records analysis, drafting reports (initial, interim, pre-trial, trials, appellate activity), drafting and responding to discovery and related motions, attending court appearances, taking/defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and drafting motions for summary judgment. Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- Experience in General Liability and Auto,Professional liability including Medical Malpractice, Assisted Living/Long Term Care
- 1-7 years of experience preferred
- Strong research, written and oral communication skills
- Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
- Regularly attend court appearances
- Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
- Draft motions for summary judgments
