Job Summary
Research and analyze legal issues involving trust and estate litigation matters. Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents. Support trust and estate litigation matters from inception through trial, including preparing for and making appearances in probate courts. Assist with probate administrations from initiation through discharge and support conservatorship and guardianship matters. Work under the guidance of senior attorneys while developing increasing ownership of assigned matters. This fully remote role requires candidates to be local to the Los Angeles area and admitted to practice in California. Applicants must hold an active California Bar license and 1+ years of litigation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership
- 1+ years of demonstrated litigation experience in any legal practice area
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team

- Strong academic record
- Law review experience
