Job Summary
The Pleading Review Attorney will review complaints, letters, and pleadings to determine compliance with Federal, State, and Client regulations. Key responsibilities include verifying pleadings for accuracy, assisting in legal research, and ensuring documents are current with applicable laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, knowledge of collections-related court documents, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree, be licensed in Texas, and have 1-2 years of relevant legal experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in the state of Texas
- Jurist Doctor Degree (J.D.)
- 1-2 years of experience in Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields
- Strong pleading and complaint experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong motivation
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
