Job Summary
Manage personal injury claims from intake through settlement negotiation by reviewing case files, conducting legal research, and drafting demand letters. Communicate case updates and settlement offers to clients while ensuring all work product meets quality assurance standards. Supervise legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters as needed. Located in the West Hollywood office with physical presence required.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, medical professionals, law enforcement, and colleagues in personal injury cases
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
- Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills
- This role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence on-site
