Job Summary
Associate Attorney (Personal Injury) in a Hybrid role based in Los Angeles. Handle litigation from filing through trial in high-value personal injury cases, conduct legal research, and assist in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents. Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations; coordinate with clients, experts, and medical providers; support paralegals and legal assistants; maintain regular client communication; assist in settlement negotiations and pre-trial preparations under the senior attorney’s guidance; maintain organized case files in compliance with firm standards; opportunity for advancement. Requires JD and active California Bar license, and 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar license
- 1+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred
