Job Summary
Handle a varied caseload involving family law, contract matters, probate, real estate, and general civil legal issues. Meet with clients to assess needs and draft pleadings, contracts, and estate documents. Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court appearances while managing deadlines and case strategy. Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move matters forward efficiently. This in-person role in northeastern Minnesota offers a clear path to build a long-term practice with hands-on responsibility and client exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Active attorney license in good standing, preferably in Minnesota
- Willingness to relocate to and live in northeastern Minnesota
- Strong writing, communication, client service, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple matters and working directly with clients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in family law, contract law, probate, real estate, business law, or general civil practice
- Newer attorneys and experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply
