Job Summary
Associate Attorney in our NY Litigation team representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence; manage case workflow to ensure client requirements, laws, and court rules are met; attend court hearings in-person and virtually; provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff; deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. Requires NY bar admission and 3+ years of litigation experience; preferred multi-state licensure and bankruptcy/collections exposure. Location is Remote/Hybrid or Onsite with an office in Rochester, NY; travel to court-related matters may be required.
