Job Summary
Remote Associate Attorney role based in San Antonio/surrounding areas with no billables, no sales, and a 9-to-6 schedule. Manage client matters from intake to resolution, negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel, handle debt collection/financial dispute/tenant-rights cases, use Salesforce-based systems to track progress, and collaborate with senior attorneys and staff. Requires Texas Bar license and 1–5 years of litigation or negotiation experience; fully remote setup supported by the firm. Firm focuses on debt resolution, creditor issues, and tenant disputes for underserved populations; compensation is competitive with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Texas Bar license in good standing
- 1–5 years of litigation or negotiation experience
- Licensed attorney in good standing in Texas
- Remote work setup available with full remote tools
- Full-time commitment
- Background in consumer law, financial disputes, or tenant rights is a plus
