Remote Associate Attorney based in Hawaii responsible for handling consumer-law-related matters, debt collection, and tenant rights from intake through resolution. No billable-hour requirements, no business development or marketing duties, and no client chasing. Manage a consistent caseload using Salesforce-based case management, negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel, collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff, and maintain a standard 9-to-6 schedule while working fully remotely from Hawaii.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
- Good standing with Hawaii Bar
- 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience
- Remote work eligibility (reside in Hawaii)
