Job Summary
Remote Associate Attorney handling consumer debt, creditor disputes, and tenant rights in a fully remote California-based role. Manage client matters from intake through resolution; negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel; operate within the firm’s Salesforce-based case-management system; collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff. No billable hour requirements, no marketing or client chasing, and no weekend or late-night work (standard 9-to-6 schedule). Requires active California Bar license and residency in California, with 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience. Mentorship and a consistent, meaningful caseload are provided in a full-time, remote setup.
