Job Summary
Manage cases from intake through resolution for debt resolution, creditor matters, and tenant disputes. Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel while tracking progress using the firm's Salesforce-based case management system. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on structured caseloads without billable hour requirements or sales obligations. Work a standard 9–6 schedule with remote flexibility, supported by mentorship from an experienced Managing Attorney.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the South Dakota Bar
- 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience
- Active South Dakota Bar license
- Resident of South Dakota
- Full-time commitment (no outside practice)
- Must reside in South Dakota
Desired Qualifications
- Background in consumer law, financial disputes, or personal injury is a plus
