Job Summary
Associate Attorney role handling a substantial caseload of immigration cases from inception to resolution, conducting legal research and developing case strategies; drafting and revising legal documents and pleadings; representing clients in court hearings and USCIS interviews; communicating with government agencies (DHS, USCIS, ICE, CBP, Senators) as needed; staying current with legal developments and regulations; providing clear legal guidance to clients; conducting client strategy and consultation sessions; attending CLE seminars to enhance knowledge; maintaining organized case files and using Filevine for efficiency; requires an active US license and proven experience in family-based and/or victim-based immigration law.
Required Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the US
- Proven experience in family-based and/or victim-based immigration law
