Job Summary
Associate Attorney for a Naples, FL commercial litigation team. Requires 4+ years of experience in business/commercial litigation, contracts, construction litigation, lien law, and some trial. Florida Bar license in good standing is required. Responsibilities include handling litigation from inception through trial, depositions, discovery, legal research, and case management, with an emphasis on building exceptional client relationships, mentoring where needed, and achieving favorable outcomes.
