Associate Attorney - Mass Tort

Represent individuals injured by dangerous products and devices across active mass tort and MDL dockets while learning filing and case management procedures. Research and draft legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda with precision, then assist with preparing, conducting, and reviewing discovery across a high-volume caseload. Maintain proactive communication with clients and defense counsel throughout each matter, delegate assignments to and evaluate work product from paralegals and legal assistants, and appear in court as needed to advance client matters. This hybrid role requires commutable local access for in-office collaboration and occasional court appearances. Candidates must hold an active law license in any U.S. state with at least one year of attorney experience.
