Job Summary
Associate Attorney in Maryland-based Creditors’ Rights practice seeking an attorney licensed in Maryland with courtroom experience (motion practice and trial) and the ability to travel for frequent court appearances in Maryland. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Maryland; Virginia and North Carolina bar licenses are a plus. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Remote work with travel to Maryland; full-time employment with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, HSA and PTO. Experience in real estate, title, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection a plus; proficient with technology.
