Job Summary
Handle a variety of civil litigation and insurance defense matters from early case assessment through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence while participating in depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation. Manage multiple cases and deadlines by analyzing legal issues, developing litigation strategy, and delivering practical solutions for clients. Work closely with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff to move cases forward efficiently. This hybrid position in Farmington Hills, MI, requires three days per week in the office. Candidates must hold a Michigan bar license with two years of litigation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Michigan bar license
- 2+ years of litigation experience

- Civil litigation, insurance defense, PIP, or related litigation experience
