Job Summary
Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of insurance defense or similar litigation sought for Dallas/Fort Worth office; must be licensed in Texas; responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, orders, and memoranda; handling written discovery and dispositive motions; conducting legal research; taking depositions; reviewing client documents and drafting case evaluations; participating in mediations and court appearances; interacting with clients, claim professionals, and opposing counsel. Strong legal research, analytical, written and verbal communication, organization, and the ability to move between cases are required. Firm provides experienced support staff, technology, ongoing training, and departments in IT and marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of insurance defense or similar litigation experience
- Must be licensed to practice in Texas
- Additional court admissions would be a plus
