Job Summary
Foreclosure Associate Attorney will manage a portfolio of loans during the pendency of lawsuits, draft and review pleadings and correspondence in foreclosure actions, attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel, and ensure compliance with applicable foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements. The role requires Bar Membership in Oklahoma, Tulsa, OK residency (or commuting distance), 1+ year of creditor’s rights/foreclosure experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellence in organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to work independently to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bar Membership in Oklahoma
- Located in Tulsa, OK (or within commuting distance)
- 1+ year of experience practicing law in creditor’s rights with emphasis on foreclosure
- Ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced volume-based environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Draft and review pleadings and correspondence during the pendency of foreclosure action
- Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
- Safeguard compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
