Job Summary
Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions while responding to motions and discovery. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing excellent customer service with a client-first mindset. Conduct strong legal research and deliver persuasive oral advocacy in a fast-paced litigation environment. Must be a Florida Bar member in good standing with 1+ years of experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Strong legal research skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Client first mindset
- Competence & proficiency in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
