Job Summary
Manage a litigation docket with increasing independence by reviewing case assignments, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting discovery. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts while evaluating liability and damages to drive strategy. Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel, then appear in court, attend mediations, and support trial preparation. Work closely with support staff to keep cases progressing efficiently while researching legal issues and applying practical litigation strategy. Contribute as a reliable mid-level litigator who can operate with less day-to-day oversight. Hybrid schedule based in San Antonio, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of litigation experience
