Job Summary

Lead in-depth design meetings to uncover client dynamics and goals, then translate complex legal options into clear, compassionate guidance. Draft, review, and refine estate planning documents including powers of attorney, healthcare directives, wills, and special needs trusts while ensuring accuracy. Meet with clients prior to signing to confirm understanding of customized plans and address concerns. Own your caseload from initial meeting through execution, tracking file status and directing paralegal support on drafts and next steps. Build expertise in special needs planning, including first-party and third-party trusts and government benefits like SSI and Medicaid. Take on trust administration and probate matters as you grow in the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Arizona law license in good standing
  • Experience in estate planning or probate law

  • Exceptional patience, empathy, and verbal communication skills
