Job Summary
Conduct depositions, draft motions, and argue trials while defending clients in construction accident, medical malpractice, and toxic tort cases. Participate in bi-weekly huddles to celebrate wins and collaborate with senior attorneys and peers through mentorship rather than micromanagement. Engage in regular training sessions on legal strategy and emerging technologies, often continuing discussions during monthly happy hours. Work a hybrid schedule with desk days in DUMBO, Brooklyn, and remote options based on case needs. Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation or a related field (Workers' Comp, No-Fault, etc.)
