Job Summary
Represent clients in creditors' rights and collection litigation matters in Georgia by drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents. Conduct legal research and case analysis while handling discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation. Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations in the Savannah area as needed, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Maintain accurate and timely billing records while working independently to manage multiple priorities. Requires a Juris Doctor, active Georgia license, and 1–3 years of legal experience. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia
- 1–3 years of legal experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness and ability to travel to Georgia courts as needed
