Job Summary
Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including file review, legal analysis of claims, and drafting briefs, memos, and pleadings. Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions while handling discovery requests and expert witness collaboration. Prepare for and attend trials, manage deadlines with ownership, and deliver strategic legal advice to partners and clients. Maintain a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement. This role offers a hybrid schedule and requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with two years of practice experience.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in state posted
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in practice group
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor with strong client-relations and communication skills
- Must be responsive and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
