Job Summary
Conduct legal research and analysis for estate planning and wealth protection, then draft, review, and execute documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Meet with clients to understand goals, explain legal concepts clearly, and manage case progression while maintaining consistent communication. Review work prepared by paralegals, oversee client review meetings, and assist with estate administration filings. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflow while participating in community outreach and identifying process improvements. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania law license
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience preferred in estate planning or elder law
