Associate Attorney in Employment Wage & Hour Class Action: Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts; participate in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team; develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by senior attorneys; must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar; thrive in a team-focused, client-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in good standing with the California State Bar
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Strong analytical and legal research skills
- Ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing
