Associate Attorney (Employment Defense)

Litigation Associate specializing in insurance and employment defense; responsible for developing compelling case strategies, independently managing court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials; collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels; maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients; mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success; requires JD from an ABA-accredited school and an active California bar license; 3–7 years of solid litigation experience with preference for employment defense; proficient with litigation timekeeping and billing systems; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
