Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with defense litigation experience to join our nationally recognized litigation firm, which represents corporate defendants in complex cases. This role involves managing a litigation caseload, conducting depositions, and trial preparation in California.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Defense Litigation Experience (General Liability, Toxic Tort, Construction Defect, and/or Product Liability)
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of California
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions
- Capable of independent work
- Work in an organized and efficient manner
- Superior research and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to analyze complex matters
Additional Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
