Job Summary
Represent clients in complex corporate transactions, including private equity fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate developments, and structured finance securitizations. Manage litigation matters involving commercial disputes and advise on executive compensation and employment benefits. Handle borrower-side private credit and leveraged finance deals for lenders and arrangers while ensuring compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Requires lateral experience from large firms with three to five years in relevant practice areas. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with competitive pay ranging from $235,000 to $435,000 based on years of experience.

- Minimum of three years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters
- Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
- Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940
- At least three years of relevant investment management experience
- Private equity and hedge fund formation experience
- Minimum of two full years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Company representation experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Strategic acquisitions experience
- At least three years of experience in complex real estate transactions
- Experience with joint ventures
- Experience with development projects
- Experience with acquisitions
- Experience with dispositions
- Experience with real estate M&A
- Experience with financings
- Minimum of two years of private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance experience
- Minimum of one year of borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
- Minimum of four years of borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
- Minimum two years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations
- Minimum of two years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Minimum of five years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
