Civil Litigation Associate responsible for managing full case lifecycle in insurance defense, including initial assessment through resolution. Collaborates with a team of attorneys and staff to defend personal and commercial lines matters, handle motions, depositions, and arbitrations, and contribute to strategy and client advocacy. Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Bar membership
- 1+ years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
