Job Summary
Draft documents including correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts for proceedings and negotiations. Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case handling. Review client issues, analyze options, and determine the best course of action while conducting legal research. Prepare for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings to provide counsel with senior associate support. Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. This full-time role offers a salary of $110,000-$120,000 yearly with comprehensive benefits including vision, dental, and medical coverage, plus a company car and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of the bar exam
- Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
- Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
