Job Summary
Conduct high-exposure litigation cases from inception to trial under supervising partners, including accident scene inspections, drafting reports, and analyzing liability, causation, and damages. Lead depositions, attend hearings, argue motions, interview witnesses, negotiate with opposing counsel, and perform legal research. Manage files independently through trial while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong research and writing abilities. Requires a Florida Bar license and 3+ years of casualty, premises, product liability, or complex litigation experience. Full-time onsite role in Orlando, Florida, with structured mentoring and in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation
- Florida Bar license in good standing
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to handle files from inception to trial
- Experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong legal research skills
- Strong work ethic
