Job Summary
Join our national law firm as an Associate Litigation Attorney on the Warranty Defense team, where you will manage case development including depositions, client interactions, and collaboration with technical experts. Responsibilities include writing and arguing motions, managing discovery tasks, and supporting trial preparation processes. The position requires a JD, active California Bar admission, and at least 1 year of litigation experience. Preferred experience in warranty defense and skills in communication, multitasking, and project management are beneficial.
