Job Summary
Engage clients delivered through preferred providers, seminars, radio, and TV shows to help them navigate life's legal hurdles. Provide excellent customer service to thousands of existing clients, demonstrating patience and communication excellence during high-stakes events like marriage, retirement, sickness, and death. Prioritize, organize, and delegate across numerous concurrent cases, calls, and responsibilities to ensure transactional excellence. This role supports AlerStallings' expansion into Michigan while serving families across Ohio and regional office locations in Detroit, Troy, Novi, Plymouth, and Sterling Heights.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years+ of client-facing attorney experience
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar

Desired Qualifications
- Admission to Ohio and Michigan Bar (not a requirement, but nice-to-have)
- Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience is preferred
