Job Summary
Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings while drafting motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually, providing legal oversight and collaborating with support staff to deliver responsive, client-focused services in a high-volume practice. Work under the guidance of a managing attorney to develop a well-rounded legal skill set across firm practice areas. This remote Alabama role requires local court-related travel and the ability to sit or stand for long periods. Applicants must be licensed in Alabama with 3-5 years of experience. LOGS Legal Group LLP is a pioneer in creditors' rights law integrating artificial intelligence to reimagine legal services.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Alabama
- 3-5+ years experience
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods
- Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
