Job Summary
Associate Attorney for Airports Practice Area responsible for handling regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters across airport operations, development, financing, construction, procurement, and environmental issues. Role involves collaborating with clients and partners nationwide, opportunities for periodic travel, and a pathway toward partnership. Candidates should have a Juris Doctor and bar admission in the U.S., 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong writing and negotiation skills, and an interest in public infrastructure, aviation, transportation, and public policy. Position located in Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
- admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (preferably CO, NY, DC, or CA)
- 3-5 years of legal experience in regulatory, litigation, and/or transactional work
- demonstrated writing, drafting, analytical, negotiating, and advocacy skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences
