Job Summary
Associate Attorney in our Airports Practice Area handling regulatory, transactional, litigation, environmental, and finance matters related to airport operations and development. Work directly with clients and partners, navigate complex federal regulatory and funding schemes, and contribute to cross-disciplinary projects spanning infrastructure, real estate, land use, and project delivery. Demonstrate strong writing, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills; collaborate across teams; provide thoughtful, practical counsel to clients; and engage in travel for client meetings and industry conferences. A proactive, independent yet team-oriented mindset with an interest in public infrastructure, aviation, transportation, and policy will help you succeed in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. All candidates must have earned a law degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (CO, NY, or CA preferred). Hybrid work arrangements may be available based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
