Associate/Assistant Director of Financial Aid and Enrollment Analytics

Manage all aspects of Avenues' financial aid program under executive guidance, serving as the enrollment analytics lead to transform data into insights. Responsibilities include primary file review for aid applications, coordinating financial aid committee meetings, updating documents and messaging for aid deadlines, advising families through the aid process (including appeals), maintaining meticulous decisions and follow-ups for audits, and producing reports and dashboards that advance understanding of enrollment opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with admissions, enrollment, marketing, and planning teams to meet enrollment goals; communicate effectively with families, and support retention by guiding families from inquiry through enrollment. Bring a hands-on, analytical, and relationship-driven approach to a fast-paced school environment; fluency in Mandarin or Spanish a plus; availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
