Job Summary
Conduct on-site inspections of portfolio properties to assess growth opportunities and communicate concerns to stakeholders. Provide analytical support for redevelopment ROI and implement value-enhancing strategies through collaboration with corporate teams. Identify repositioning opportunities, create financial models to justify capital improvements, and negotiate retail LOIs for quality agreements. Track local market trends to increase occupancy and complete periodic reporting on capital projects and lease performance. Assist in creating quarterly investor-facing financial packages and contribute to the annual budgeting process. Work with local brokers to identify competitive business opportunities and manage TI scopes, insurance compliance, and tenant customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics or other STEM
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance and analytics
- Prior experience specifically with asset management in commercial real estate
- Advanced analytical skills with an ability to convey complex datasets and information to internal management and external partners
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
