Job Summary
Associate, Asset Management role supporting operational and commercial performance of Silicon Ranch’s utility-scale renewable energy portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring asset-level performance (P&L, operating expenses, budget variance), coordinating with O&M providers to minimize generation loss, reviewing contractual KPIs/SLA compliance, managing PPAs/interconnection/O&M/EPC warranty provisions, handling warranty claims with OEMs/EPC contractors, and delivering monthly/quarterly performance reports. Ensure compliance with NERC/FERC requirements, permitting, environmental obligations, and interconnection protocols. Support asset commissioning and COD transitions, identify asset optimization opportunities (curtailment reduction, availability improvement, O&M cost management), and maintain asset records. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance, with 1–3 years of renewable energy experience; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze data; collaborative with peers, management, and vendors.
