Associate, Asset Management - onsite London - living sector experience required (senior living, hospitality, student living, multi-family, etc)

Associate, Asset Management in London, UK onsite. You will join Welltower’s UK Asset Management team to optimize asset performance across a large portfolio, blending financial acumen with operational insight in senior living, multifamily, student housing, or hospitality. Key duties include reviewing monthly operator performance, identifying trends, touring communities to address operational or service delivery issues, evaluating and improving sales funnels and occupancy performance, conducting detailed financial modeling (valuations, pro-forma cash flows, return analyses), collaborating with the Capital Projects team on value-add capex, and developing annual plans and presentations for senior leadership. Strong communication and ability to influence operators, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams with Investments, FP&A, Operations, Business Analytics, and Capital Projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus travel for out-of-area/overnight engagements; travel and on-site presence in London are expected.
