Job Summary
The Associate will support Brookfield's Global Transition Fund by driving performance of portfolio companies through financial analysis, operational insights, and strategic support. Responsibilities include portfolio oversight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with investments teams to assess performance and guide tactical decisions. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling, and a collaborative mindset to work across functions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, infrastructure, power/energy, or other relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage and evaluate a business through KPIs and data-driven frameworks
