Job Summary
Create, modify, and maintain financial models for property projections, debt financing, and JV waterfalls. Support asset management efforts by coordinating with JV partners, overseeing business plan execution, and analyzing real estate documents including leases and loan agreements. Track investment performance, process capital activities, and prepare presentations for senior management and investors. Contribute to strategic initiatives and support marketing initiatives to drive platform growth.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Experience with advanced financial modeling
- Mastery in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ARGUS Enterprise
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong research capabilities to find or generate data independently
- Highly proficient in Excel, including the ability to create real estate financial models from scratch
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of real estate sectors and fundamentals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform responsibilities independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
