Job Summary
Concept social-first content ideas for brands across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and emerging platforms, then design visual concept decks, moodboards, and creative presentations. See creative vision through from concept to completion on photo and video shoots, reviewing production documents and collaborating to produce creative guides for location, styling, and talent. Develop and oversee the art direction and design language for campaign identity, video, photography, and physical collateral while adapting visual style and tone based on audience and channel. Stay up to date on social media culture and aesthetic trends to ensure clients remain relevant. Requires a bachelor's degree in design, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in Canva. Located in MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, or TN with generous vacation and healthcare benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interactive design or advertising
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in social media, creative, content, or agency environments
- Proficiency in Canva
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative execution
- A multi-disciplinary design background: strong typography, layout, photography
- Ability to communicate clear creative direction, both conceptually and aesthetically
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CapCut, TikTok editing tools, or light video editing
- Strong understanding of social media trends, creator culture, and platform best practices
- Experience creating or appearing in social content
- Photography or lo-fi content capture experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with creators or influencer campaigns
- Strong meme/trend instincts and understanding of internet humor
- Food, beverage, lifestyle, or CPG experience
