Job Summary
Associate role at Arrowroot Capital in Miami focused on sourcing and executing investments in global B2B enterprise software companies. Responsibilities include preparing investment memos and business plan summaries, researching target markets and competitive positions, managing due diligence with third-party providers, detailed financial modeling and analysis, assisting with legal documentation and post-closing issues, sourcing actionable opportunities, marketing the firm to internal and external constituents, executing post-close value creation initiatives, and training/mentoring Associates and Analysts. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of investment experience, software experience preferred, and a track record of quantitative and qualitative analysis, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial private equity culture with potential for growth toward a partner track.
Required Qualifications
