Associate - Architecture

Associate - Architecture responsible for leading architectural design delivery across project stages, establishing the design delivery strategy and outputs with project leadership, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, coherent, and compliant design information, and maintaining design quality, technical accuracy, and level of detail. The role includes overseeing production of technical drawings, models, reports, and presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders; leading the preparation of designs, sketches, and presentations; collaborating with project leadership to define scope, programme, deliverables, and resources; managing delivery across multiple projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards; contributing to risk assessments and health and safety considerations; coaching and providing technical guidance to junior and senior team members, and fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. It also involves support for the Project Execution Plan, including financial forecasting and resource planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and UK building regulations.
