Job Summary
Role: Associate Architect - Machine Learning focusing on designing cloud ML solutions and hands-on implementation on AWS. Responsibilities include building and optimizing ML/NLP pipelines with AWS SageMaker, leveraging LangChain and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), fine-tuning large language models (LLMs such as LLama2), implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and using vector indexing technologies (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch). Candidate will collaborate with ML and integration engineers to deliver contextually appropriate responses in web applications, evaluate models (zero-shot, few-shot), tune hyperparameters, and ensure task generalization. Must possess experience with deep learning concepts (Transformers, BERT, attention models), prompt engineering, and end-to-end solution architecture for model training, deployment, and retraining using native AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, etc.). Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions, SageMaker Pipelines, Kubeflow) and NLP techniques for text representation is expected. The role benefits from prior EdTech domain exposure and strong cross-functional collaboration with Developers, QA, PMs, and stakeholders. The organization emphasizes hybrid work culture and global collaboration with opportunities to learn and grow.
