Job Summary

Lead project teams and drive delivery across diverse sectors from concept through completion, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and specialist advisors. Champion design excellence by overseeing drawings, models, and reports while integrating structural and MEP information. Build and maintain client relationships through workshops, design reviews, and professional representation. Mentor Architects and Project Architects, support recruitment, and contribute to bids, proposals, and fee preparations. Represent 10 Design at industry events and assist with new business opportunities. This role requires an ARB registered Architect with 8+ years of experience, proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD, and a hybrid schedule of at least four days in the London studio.

Required Qualifications

  • ARB registered Architect (RIBA Part III) or international equivalent
  • 8+ years of professional experience within a design-led architectural practice
  • Demonstrable experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants
  • Experience delivering UK and/or international projects
  • Strong understanding of project delivery across multiple RIBA work stages
  • Experience managing client relationships and project stakeholders
  • Demonstrable expertise in one or more sectors, including mixed-use, hospitality, residential, commercial, science and research, civic or cultural projects
  • Rhino
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Enscape or equivalent visualisation software
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 4 days per week in the London studio
  • Exceptional design ability and architectural judgement
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
  • Commercial awareness, including an understanding of project delivery, fees, resources and programme management
  • Highly organised with strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Ability to balance design quality, programme and commercial objectives
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, design excellence and built project experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE
  • Grasshopper
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • BIM coordination and collaboration platforms
  • Interest in mentoring and developing junior team members
